Payment Terms: Cash, Mastercard, Visa Card or by 30 day settlement for approved account holders for which Company cheques are acceptable.
Swan Auto Refund Guarantee Policy
- Our company policy is to supply to the customer with a good quality part in the first instance to suit the vehicle you ordered the part to suit.
- If the part is deemed to be faulty or is incorrectly supplied by us, we will replace the part at no additional cost to you.
- In the event we cannot meet the requirements with a replacement part we will gladly refund you the purchase price of the part upon receipt of the part at our premises
- This guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Any parts supplied that are returned and have been fitted, painted or damaged will not be acceptable for return or credit.
