Payment Terms: Cash, Mastercard, Visa Card or by 30 day settlement for approved account holders for which Company cheques are acceptable.
Swan Auto Refund Guarantee Policy
1. Our company policy is to supply to the customer with a good quality part in the first instance to suit the vehicle you ordered the part to suit.
2. If the part is deemed to be faulty or is incorrectly supplied by us, we will replace the part at no additional cost to you.
3. In the event we cannot meet the requirements with a replacement part we will gladly refund you the purchase price of the part upon receipt of the part at our premises
4. This guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date.
5. Any parts supplied that are returned and have been fitted, painted or damaged will not be acceptable for return or credit.
